Adorn furniture at scale and the version gap is the subject of this guide: the mod's furniture sets are built from a small number of shared shapes repeated across every wood and stone type, and the same shapes are reachable through more than one crafting path. Understanding that structure is what makes the mod manageable instead of overwhelming.
The Core Furniture Shapes
Every material family in Adorn follows the same naming pattern, so once you learn one set you can read the rest. The recurring shapes are benches, chairs, coffee tables, drawers, kitchen counters, kitchen cupboards, kitchen sinks, platforms, posts, shelves, steps, and tables.
Wood families include Acacia, Bamboo, Birch, and Black Wood, with more wood colors following the same pattern. Stone families include Andesite, Basalt, and Blackstone.
How the Recipes Fit Together
The Crafting table carries the bulk of the mod, and the wood sets show the pattern clearly. A single 
Acacia Slab becomes two 
Acacia Bench. Adding a wooden rod tag turns slabs into 
Acacia Chair, and adding glass panes as well produces 
Acacia Coffee Table. A wooden chest tag plus an Acacia Slab gives 
Acacia Drawer.
Kitchen pieces chain together. A 
Polished Andesite Slab plus 
Acacia Planks yields 
Acacia Kitchen Counter, and two counters plus a wooden chest tag upgrade into 
Acacia Kitchen Cupboard. An Acacia Kitchen Counter combined with an empty bucket tag makes an 
Acacia Kitchen Sink.
Posts and platforms feed each other. Acacia Planks plus a wooden rod tag produce 
Acacia Post, and an Acacia Slab plus an Acacia Post makes 
Acacia Platform. The same slab-and-rod pairing also covers 
Acacia Shelf, 
Acacia Step, and 
Acacia Table.
Stone follows the identical logic. 
Andesite plus a 
Stone Rod gives 
Andesite Post, and an 
Andesite Slab plus that post gives 
Andesite Platform. An Andesite Slab plus a Stone Rod makes 
Andesite Step.
Stonecutting Shortcuts
The Stonecutting table offers a faster route to the same furniture. Feeding it Acacia Planks produces Acacia Platform, Acacia Post, or Acacia Step directly. Andesite, 
Basalt, and 
Blackstone each convert into their own platform, post, and step the same way. Planks of other colors behave identically: 
Bamboo Planks, 
Birch Planks, 
Black Planks, and 
Blue Planks all cut into their matching platform, post, and step, with the colored woods naming their outputs as 
Black Wood Platform, 
Blue Wood Post, and so on.
Brewing and Small Extras
Drinks come from two places. The Brewing stand handles

Living With the Version Gap
The version gap is the practical catch: not every furniture shape exists for every material, and the two crafting routes do not always agree. A shape you can cut from planks on a stonecutter may only be craftable from slabs at a crafting table, and some material families simply stop short of the full set. Check both tables before assuming a piece is unavailable, and treat the stonecutter as the cheaper option when it offers the shape you want.
