Argentina's Delight Reborn: The Grill and the Bone Saw

guide

Argentina's Delight Reborn is a food mod built around two machines of its own. This guide covers both and how the mod is structured.

Two bespoke machines carry most of it

Together that is 27 recipes against only 12 ordinary crafting ones. The machines are not a side system here; they are where the mod happens, and the crafting list mostly exists to build them.

A third custom category

Stonecutting Carcasses holds 2 recipes — a stonecutter-style step applied to carcasses rather than to stone. It is a small list but a distinctive idea, and worth knowing exists because nothing about the name suggests looking for it under stonecutting.

Smoking adds a single recipe.

Both builds are identical

Every category carries the same count on 1.21.1 and 1.20.1, both at version 0.0.23. The loaders differ — NeoForge on the newer line, Forge on the older — but the content does not.

That makes this one of the safest mods in this batch to follow a guide for: nothing changes between versions.

Blocks over items

46 pages across 27 blocks and 19 items. The blocks are the machines and the fittings around them; the items are the ingredients and finished dishes.

No worldgen

The mod generates no structures. Ingredients come from animals and farming rather than from exploring.

Where to start

Build the grill. At 19 recipes it is more than twice the size of the bone saw and holds most of the finished food. The bone saw's 8 recipes are the preparation step that feeds it, so the natural order is saw first in workflow but grill first in priority — you want to know what you are aiming at.

An early-version mod

At 0.0.23 this is a young mod, and the recipe counts reflect that: 42 recipes in total across five categories. Expect it to grow rather than to be complete.

The recipe list at a glance

Grill 19, crafting 12, bone saw 8, carcass cutting 2, smoking 1 — 42 recipes in total, and 29 of them belong to systems the mod defines itself. Only 12 are reachable from an ordinary crafting grid.

That ratio is the practical warning: a player who never builds the two machines sees under a third of the mod.

Identical across versions, different loaders

Both builds are 0.0.23, with NeoForge on 1.21.1 and Forge on 1.20.1. The recipe counts match exactly in all five categories, so the only thing the version choice affects is which loader your pack runs.
