Automobility: The Auto Mechanic Table and Vehicle Parts

The Auto Mechanic Table is the central crafting station for building vehicles in Automobility. It is not made at a normal crafting grid alone — you first need the table itself, then you feed it the right combination of materials to produce engines, frames, wheels, and attachments. This guide covers how to obtain the table, what the regular Crafting grid handles, and the part recipes the table accepts.

Making the Auto Mechanic Table

The Auto Mechanic Table comes from a Crafting recipe: two Copper Ingot plus two Cobblestone. Once placed, it becomes your workshop for every vehicle component below.

The same Crafting grid also produces several support items:

Three Copper Ingot and four Cobblestone make an Automobile Assembler.
Four Iron Ingot, an Emerald, Redstone Dust, and Iron Bars yield six Autopilot Sign.
A Copper Ingot and an Iron Ingot combine into a Crowbar.
Six Iron Ingot, a Glow Ink Sac, Redstone Dust, and Blaze Powder produce two Dash Panel.
Two Iron Ingot, a Glow Ink Sac, and a Slimeball give six Slope.
Four Iron Ingot, a Glow Ink Sac, and a Slimeball give three Steep Slope.
Two Slimeball and Nether Quartz make three Launch Gel.
Road surfaces are also crafted here: two Dirt and Gravel give six Dirt Off Road; two Short Grass and Coarse Dirt give six Grass Off Road; two Sand and Gravel give six Sand Off Road; two Snow Block and Gravel give six Snow Off Road.

Automobile Engine Recipes

The Auto Mechanic Table holds 63 recipes in total, and the Automobile Engine is one of its headline products. Five known routes exist:

Two Copper Ingot, a Furnace, Coal, and an Iron Nugget.
Two Diamond, a Furnace, a Block of Redstone, and Obsidian.
A Gold Ingot, a Furnace, a Block of Redstone, a Block of Gold, and an Iron Ingot.
An Iron Ingot, a Furnace, a Block of Redstone, a Block of Iron, and Cobblestone.
Two Dark Oak Log, Coal, a Furnace, and Cobblestone.

Automobile Frame Recipes

The Automobile Frame has the widest set of known recipes. A few examples:

Redstone Dust, Cobblestone, two Iron Ingot, a Block of Amethyst, a Dark Oak Log, White Wool, and an Amethyst Shard.
Redstone Dust, Cobblestone, Leather, a Block of Diamond, Obsidian, and an Iron Ingot.
An Iron Ingot, a Block of Copper, Cobblestone, Blue Dye, and Iron Bars.
Redstone Dust, Cobblestone, Leather, two Copper Ingot, Oak Planks, and a Block of Copper.
Redstone Dust, Sculk, Cobbled Deepslate, Bone, a Bone Block, White Wool, an Iron Ingot, and an Echo Shard.

Colour variants exist too. An Iron Ingot, a Block of Copper, Cobblestone, a dye, and Iron Bars form a frame — known dyes include Green Dye and Blue Dye. Another family uses two Iron Ingot, a Block of Copper, a dye, Leather, and Calcite, with Black Dye, Blue Dye, Brown Dye, Cyan Dye, Gray Dye, Green Dye, and Light Blue Dye all confirmed. A simpler route is three Iron Ingot, three Iron Bars, and a Copper Ingot. Unusual options include Blaze Powder, a Carved Pumpkin, and a Dandelion, or Redstone Dust, Prismarine Bricks, a Nautilus Shell, Cut Sandstone, Leather, an Iron Ingot, and a Prismarine Shard, or Redstone Dust, Nether Bricks, a Gold Ingot, a Block of Quartz, Leather, an Iron Ingot, and Nether Quartz.

Automobile Wheel Recipes

The Automobile Wheel is cheaper to make:

Two Obsidian and a Diamond.
Two Oak Planks and a Stick.
Two Nether Brick and a Gold Ingot.
Two Black Wool and a Block of Iron.
Two Dark Oak Log and a Copper Ingot.
One Black Wool and an Iron Nugget.

The Front Attachment fits on the front of a vehicle. Known recipes include:
