Clipboard & Blueprints

Overview
The Clipboard and Blueprints feature provides a space for holding copied blocks and managing a collection of blueprints. Using Ctrl+C, you can copy a selection into the clipboard, and Ctrl+V then starts placing those blocks. The blueprint list refreshes on its own whenever a file is added or removed, and options exist to export to or import from the clipboard, which shows a message when empty.
