Bountiful: A Bounty Board in One Block
Bounty Board is a single-block block from the Bountiful mod that brings bounty hunting into your base without requiring a separate structure or a trip to a village. Everything the mod adds starts from this one block, so the first step is always to craft it and place it down.
Crafting the Bounty Board
The Bounty Board is made with a shaped recipe. You need four 
Oak Planks, two 
Oak Log, two 
Paper, and one 
Diamond. Arrange those in the crafting grid and you get a single Bounty Board to place wherever you like.
The Diamond is the expensive part of the recipe, so expect to do some mining before you can set up your first board. The Oak Planks, Oak Log, and Paper are all easy to gather early on, which means the Diamond is the only real gate on getting started.
Crafting a Decree
Bountiful also adds a second recipe for a decree. A decree is made from two Paper, four 
Stick, one 
Gold Ingot, and one 
Purple Dye. Like the Bounty Board, this is a shaped recipe, so the position of each ingredient in the grid matters.
Both recipes are shaped, so if a craft is not working, the first thing to check is whether you have the ingredients in the right slots rather than just the right amounts. Rearranging the same materials into the correct pattern is usually all it takes.
What the Block Does
The Bounty Board is the center of the mod. It is a single block, which means you do not need to build a large structure around it or find a specific location for it. Place it in your base and it serves as the point where bounty content is handled.

The Paper is used in both recipes, so make sure you have enough of it for both crafts rather than exactly enough for one.
The Diamond and the Gold Ingot are the two ingredients worth setting aside deliberately. Everything else comes from wood, sugar cane, and dye sources that are simple to collect in bulk.
