Celestisynth Starlit Factory: Weapons and Materials

guide

This guide covers how Celestisynth's single station relates to the rest of its recipe list.

Thirty recipes, five categories

The distribution says the mod is a funnel: gather and refine with vanilla stations, assemble components in a crafting grid, then produce the finished weapon at the factory.

Why eight matters

Eight factory recipes in a mod with 32 items means roughly a quarter of everything the mod adds is a factory output. The other three quarters are the materials that feed it.

That is a high ratio of ingredients to products, and it tells you the weapons are meant to be milestones rather than a set you collect quickly.

Two smithing transforms

A weapon mod with only two upgrade recipes is not built around progression through tiers. Whatever those two upgrade, everything else is made once at its final quality.

Six furnace recipes

Three smelting and three blasting, which is the ordinary vanilla pattern of one recipe per material per station. Six recipes means about three refined materials — a small, tractable materials list.

Five blocks

32 items against 5 blocks. The factory plus a handful of related blocks is the entire placeable content. Nothing here furnishes a base or builds anything.

No structures, no dependency

The mod generates no worldgen structures and needs no partner mod. Everything is self-contained, which makes it easy to add to an existing pack.

Version

1.20.1-1.3.4 on Forge, 1.20.1 only. There is no 1.21.1 build in this line, so a pack on the newer version cannot include it.

Practical advice

Read the 32-item list before committing materials. With eight factory recipes and no upgrade path to speak of, choosing which weapon to make is the mod's main decision, and it is not easily reversed.

The one thing to check before committing

With only two smithing transforms and no other upgrade route, a weapon made here is largely final. There is no tier ladder to climb out of a poor choice, so the eight factory recipes are eight separate decisions rather than eight steps.

Scale, stated plainly

37 pages, 32 items, 5 blocks, 30 recipes across five categories, 0 structures, on 1.20.1-1.3.4 (Forge) with no 1.21.1 build.

A mod this size is fully readable in one sitting, which is the fastest way to plan a run through it.
