Placement

Fortresses: the world places one attempt in every 32×32-chunk region, at least 16 chunks apart; it shares its placement set with other structures (weight 1).

Mob spawning

This structure overrides spawning for: ambient, axolotls, creature, misc, monster, underground_water_creature, water_ambient, water_creature.
