FPS Overlay

Overview
The FPS Overlay feature displays a frames-per-second counter on screen, with an advanced mode that also reports minimum FPS and a 30-second average for judging performance. It can additionally show RAM and GPU usage beside the FPS counter. The display's horizontal and vertical alignment, margins, and shadow styling can all be adjusted.
