Offhand Tweaks

Overview
The Offhand Tweaks feature controls how items held in the offhand are used or displayed. It can hide the offhand item entirely, optionally through a key binding, and can prevent torches from being placed from the offhand in various situations, such as when holding food, a block, or an empty hand, or restrict them to only when a tool is held. It also covers related behaviours like disabling paving with a block in the offhand, preventing offhand item use while holding food, and hiding shields.
