Pet Teleportation

Overview
The Pet Teleportation feature ensures your animal companions stay with you during travel and world changes. It can force pets to teleport when following fails or when a chunk unloads, and it brings pets and leashed animals along when you go through portals. Pets also teleport to you upon respawn, though they won't change dimensions unless you're nearby.
