Crafting the Text Plate and Andesite, Copper, Brass, and Netherite Frontlights
Create: Design n' Decor is a Create addon that expands the base game's decoration options with quality-of-life features shaped by community feedback. Among its additions are the 
Text Plate and several Frontlight variants, including 
Andesite Frontlight, 
Copper Frontlight, 
Brass Frontlight, and 
Netherite Frontlight. This guide covers the recipes for each of these blocks.
Crafting the Text Plate
The Text Plate is made through a shapeless recipe, meaning the ingredients can be placed anywhere in the crafting grid.
Iron Ingot x2 plus two iron nuggets (tagged as `#c:nuggets/iron`) produces one Text Plate.- Alternatively,
Zinc Ingot x2 plus two 
Zinc Nugget produces one Text Plate.
That gives you two separate material paths to the same result, so you can pick whichever metals you have on hand.
Crafting the Andesite Frontlight
The Andesite Frontlight can be obtained in two different ways.
- Shaped crafting: one
Glowstone Dust, two 
Andesite Alloy, and a stone ingredient (tagged as `#c:stones`) arranged in the proper pattern yields an Andesite Frontlight. - Shapeless crafting: a single
Andesite Lamp converts directly into an Andesite Frontlight.
The shapeless route is useful if you already have an Andesite Lamp and want the frontlight version instead.
Crafting the Copper Frontlight
The Copper Frontlight follows the same two-recipe structure as the andesite version.
- Shaped crafting: one Glowstone Dust, two
Copper Ingot, and a stone ingredient (tagged as `#c:stones`) produce a Copper Frontlight. - Shapeless crafting: one
Copper Lamp turns into a Copper Frontlight.
Crafting the Brass Frontlight
The Brass Frontlight is crafted in the same manner.
- Shaped crafting: one Glowstone Dust, two
Brass Ingot, and a stone ingredient (tagged as `#c:stones`) give you a Brass Frontlight. - Shapeless crafting: one
Brass Lamp converts into a Brass Frontlight.
Crafting the Industrial Frontlight
The 
Industrial Frontlight also has two recipes.
- Shapeless crafting: one
Industrial Lamp becomes an Industrial Frontlight. - Shaped crafting: one Glowstone Dust, two
Block of Industrial Iron, and a stone ingredient (tagged as `#c:stones`) produce an Industrial Frontlight.
Note that this variant uses blocks of industrial iron rather than individual ingots, so it demands more material than the other metal frontlights.
Crafting the Netherite Frontlight
The Netherite Frontlight rounds out the set.
- Shapeless crafting: one
Netherite Lamp converts into a Netherite Frontlight. - Shaped crafting: one Glowstone Dust, two netherite ingots (tagged as `#c:ingots/netherite`), and a stone ingredient (tagged as `#c:stones`) yield a Netherite Frontlight.
Recipe Patterns at a Glance
Across the metal frontlights, a consistent pattern emerges:
- Every shaped frontlight recipe uses one Glowstone Dust plus two of its metal component plus a stone ingredient.
- Every frontlight can also be made shapelessly from its matching lamp block.
- The Text Plate is always shapeless, using two ingots and two matching nuggets, from either iron or zinc.
With these recipes in hand, you can produce the Text Plate and the full range of frontlights to suit your builds.
