Crafting Sushi Rolls and Seafood Dishes in Cultural Delights
This guide explains how to craft various sushi rolls and related seafood dishes available in Cultural Delights, an addon that expands food systems.
Sushi Rolls
Several types of sushi rolls can be prepared using different ingredients.
Calamari Roll
To make a 
Calamari Roll, combine the following ingredients in a shapeless crafting recipe:
Dried Kelp
Cooked Rice- Two

Ingredients
Cultural Delights introduces new crops like 
Avocado and 
Cucumber that are used in some of these recipes. Other ingredients like Dried Kelp, Cooked Rice, and various cooked and raw seafood items are also essential for preparing these dishes.
Rolls are cut, not cooked
The roll line runs through the cutting board rather than any heat source: a finished roll such as a Chicken Roll cuts into 
Chicken Roll Slice, which is the servable form. The cutting board holds fifteen recipes on both versions and is the busiest station in the mod after the crafting grid.
That makes the board the piece of equipment to build first if rolls are your goal — without it the rolls themselves are a dead end.
Squid, calamari and the three appliances
The seafood side cooks in a campfire, a furnace or a smoker interchangeably:
- Raw Calamari becomes
Cooked Calamari - Both
Squid and 
Glow Squid become 
Cooked Squid
Glow squid producing the ordinary cooked item is worth knowing — there is no separate glowing food, so the two are interchangeable as an ingredient and you can use whichever you can catch.
Where the ingredients come from
Rolls draw on rice, seafood and vegetables at once, which is why they sit late in the mod's progression. 
Rice also feeds 
Fried Rice alongside egg, carrot, onion and corn, so a paddy pays for itself across both lines.
Version parity
Campfire, smelting, smoking and the cutting board all carry identical recipe counts on 1.21.1 and 1.20.1, so the roll and seafood chain behaves the same on either.
