Deeper and Darker Building Blocks and Mod Integration
Beyond gear, Deeper and Darker ships a deep palette of sculk-themed building blocks and integrates with popular tech and farming mods. This guide covers both.
Bloom and echo wood
The Otherside's woods give complete building sets. 
Bloom Planks come from a 
Blooming Stem (one stem to four planks) and extend into a 
Bloom Slab, 
Bloom Stairs, 
Bloom Fence, 
Bloom Door, 
Bloom Trapdoor, 
Bloom Sign and boats — with echo wood offering a darker parallel set. If you have Farmer's Delight installed, its cutting board reworks many of these wood items as an alternative to crafting.
Dark stone building
Gloomslate and 
Sculk Stone each form a full stone line through the stonecutter — cobbled, bricks, chiseled, cut, smooth, plus slabs, stairs and walls — for building in the dimension's palette. The 
Block of Lite and its bordered variant add light to the dark.
Tech integration
Deeper and Darker plays well with Create: its crushing wheels process the Otherside ores at doubled yield, turning 
Gloomslate Redstone Ore into twelve Redstone Dust or copper ore into raw copper nuggets. Between Create crushing, Farmer's Delight cutting, and the mod's own smelting and stonecutting, the Otherside slots neatly into an existing modded base.
