Thrusting

Overview
Thrusting lets a player accelerate up to a configurable top speed measured in blocks per tick, with a separate setting controlling how quickly that speed is gained. Raising the maximum beyond roughly two or three blocks per tick may lead to chunks failing to load quickly enough. Visual particle effects during thrusting can be toggled, and the ability may be unavailable entirely on certain servers.
