Early Loading Screen

Overview
The Early Loading Screen feature lets you customize the plain screen that NeoForge shows before Drippy's own loading screen appears. You can adjust that window's size and title, preview how it will look, and control its fade-out elements. Using it requires the separate Drippy Early Loading Module to be present.
