The Magic Workbench and Its Recipes in Eidolon: Repraised
The Magic Workbench is a central crafting station in Eidolon: Repraised, and this guide covers its construction and the full scope of its 29 recipes. This table-like block is not just another crafting grid; it is the required tool for creating advanced gear, tools, and ritual components that cannot be made anywhere else.
Crafting the Magic Workbench
Before you can use its recipes, you must build the workbench itself. The crafting recipe is shaped, meaning the items must be placed in a specific pattern.
- Place
Pewter Inlay in the center of the grid. - Surround it with
Purple Carpet in the three slots above it and the three slots below it. - Fill the remaining three slots on the left and right sides with
Polished Wood Planks.
This arrangement produces one 
Magic Workbench.
Understanding the Recipes
All recipes on the Magic Workbench follow a similar logic: you combine base materials, often including 
Pewter Ingots, Pewter Inlay, and various gems, with a specific focus item. The output is always a single high-tier item unless otherwise noted. Many recipes use tags like `#forge:ender_pearls` or `#forge:rods/wooden`, meaning any item that fits that tag (such as any type of ender pearl or wooden rod) will work.
Weapons and Tools
Several powerful weapons and tools are crafted here. For example, the 
Athame requires Pewter Ingot, Pewter Inlay, an ender pearl, a gold nugget, and a 
Silver Nugget. The 
Axe of Cleaving is made with Pewter Ingot, an 
Unholy Symbol, Pewter Inlay, and a wooden rod. The 
Reaper's Scythe is a prerequisite for a more powerful weapon; it is crafted from Pewter Ingot, a 
Holy Symbol, 
Tattered Cloth, a 
Soul Shard, and a wooden rod. That scythe then becomes an ingredient in the 
Deathbringer's Scythe, which also requires 
Essence of Death, bones, a Skeleton Skull, a 
Shadow Gem, and a Wither Skeleton Skull.
The 
Pickaxe of Inversion is a notable tool, crafted from 
Obsidian, 
Crying Obsidian, Pewter Ingot, Pewter Inlay, an ender pearl, a Soul Shard, and a 
Lesser Soul Gem. For utility, the 
Planter is made with Pewter Inlay, Pewter Ingot, Polished Wood Planks, 
Dirt, 
Enchanted Ash, and a Soul Shard. The 
Soul Enchanter is a functional block, crafted from a 
Book, an 
Arcane Gold Ingot, Obsidian, a diamond, and 
Gold Inlay.
Armor and Wearables
The workbench produces several armor pieces. The Bone Paladin set is crafted piece by piece: the Chestplate needs 
Imbued Bones, a 
Wraith Heart, a 
Silver Ingot, Tattered Cloth, a Holy Symbol, and a Lesser Soul Gem; the Greaves use Silver Ingot, Imbued Bones, a Holy Symbol, Enchanted Ash, and a Lesser Soul Gem; the Helm requires Imbued Bones, a Silver Ingot, Tattered Cloth, and a Holy Symbol. The 
Raven Cloak is made from a 
Phantom Membrane, a 
Raven Feather, 
Wicked Weave, Tattered Cloth, and a 
Gravity Belt—which itself is crafted earlier on this table.
Belts and amulets also appear here. The 
Resolute Belt needs Gold Inlay, an Arcane Gold Ingot, a 
Basic Belt, a diamond, 
Leather, a Soul Shard, and Enchanted Ash. The Gravity Belt requires a Raven Feather, an ender pearl, a Lesser Soul Gem, a Basic Belt, 
Calx of End, and Pewter Inlay. The 
Soulbone Amulet combines Essence of Death, bones, Calx of End, a Shadow Gem, a 
Basic Amulet, and a Wraith Heart. The 
Void Amulet is simpler, using Pewter Ingot, Pewter Inlay, a Basic Amulet, Obsidian, and a Soul Shard.
Rings, Wands, and Other Items
Rings and wands are also crafted here. The 
Enervating Ring uses 
Redstone Dust, a 
Basic Ring, a 
Crimson Gem, a

Sprouting Fungus. The 
Bonechill Wand is made from Pewter Inlay, Pewter Ingot, a wooden rod, a Wraith Heart, 
Bone Meal, and a Lesser Soul Gem. The 
Soulfire Wand requires Gold Inlay, an Arcane Gold Ingot, a wooden rod, a Shadow Gem, 
Blaze Powder, and a Lesser Soul Gem.
For non-combat items, the 
Elder Statue is crafted from 
Stone, 
Smooth Stone, a Holy Symbol, and Gold Inlay. The 
Glass Hand uses a diamond block, a Basic Amulet, 
Glass, a 
Zombie Heart, a Lesser Soul Gem, and a Wraith Heart. The 
Mind-Shielding Plate is made from a 
Lead Ingot, Leather, a lapis block, and quartz. The 
Prestigious Palm requires Wicked Weave, a Lesser Soul Gem, 
Warped Sprouts, Calx of End, and a Soul Shard. Finally, the 
Stone Altar recipe is unique: it outputs three altars at once, using 
Smooth Stone Slab, Stone, Pewter Inlay, and a Soul Shard.
