Power generation and ember distribution machines form the backbone of any Embers Rekindled setup, turning raw resources into usable ember and moving that ember where it is needed. The mod provides several distinct devices for these jobs, each with its own crafting recipe and role. This guide covers the

Generating Ember
Three machines handle the production side of ember.
The
Ember Bore is built from four
Caminite Bricks, one
Copper Ingot, one
Mechanical Core, and three
Iron Ingots in a shaped recipe. It serves as a starting point for pulling ember out of the ground.
The
Wildfire Stirling requires four
Dawnstone Plates, two copper storage blocks (tagged as `#forge:storage_blocks/copper`), two
Ember Shards, and one
Wildfire Core. This makes it a more involved build, relying on dawnstone and wildfire components alongside the copper blocks.
The
Ignem Reactor is assembled from five
Copper Ingots, one
Wildfire Core, two
Silver Plates, and
Caminite Bricks. Like the Stirling, it depends on a
Wildfire Core, but it swaps dawnstone for silver plates and leans heavily on copper.
Each of these three machines represents a different path to ember production, and the materials they demand reflect that: the Bore leans on iron and caminite, the Stirling on dawnstone, and the Reactor on silver and copper.
Moving Ember Around
Once ember is generated, it has to reach the machines that consume it. Three devices cover distribution.
The
Ember Funnel is crafted from three
Dawnstone Plates, two
Copper Ingots, and one
Ember Receptor. The presence of the
Ember Receptor ties it directly to ember handling.
The
Ember Siphon uses five
Caminite Bricks, two
Copper Ingots, and two
Silver Plates. Its recipe is the most caminite-heavy of the distribution devices, suggesting a sturdy construction.
The
Ember Ejector is the simplest of the three to build: one
Dawnstone Plate, one
Ember Emitter, and one
Iron Ingot. The
Ember Emitter component marks it as a device for pushing ember outward.
How the Pieces Fit Together
A typical ember setup separates generation from distribution. You build one or more of the generating machines — the
Ember Bore,
Wildfire Stirling, or
Ignem Reactor — to produce ember. You then use the distribution devices — the
Ember Funnel,
Ember Siphon, and
Ember Ejector — to route that ember to wherever it is consumed.
The crafting costs give a rough sense of progression. The
Ember Ejector needs only three ingredients, making it the cheapest entry point into ember movement. The
Ember Funnel and
Ember Siphon sit in the middle, each requiring a handful of plates, ingots, or bricks. On the generation side, the
Ember Bore is the most modest build, while the
Wildfire Stirling and
Ignem Reactor demand rarer components such as the
Wildfire Core,
Dawnstone Plates, and
Silver Plates.

Copper is the most widely shared material across the generation and distribution machines, so it pays to keep a steady supply on hand. Caminite and dawnstone follow close behind, each feeding three of the six devices.
Building generation first and distribution second is the natural order, since ember movement devices are only useful once there is ember to move. From there, expand whichever production method matches the materials you can gather most easily.
