Locate and Defeat Eternal Starlight Bosses
To locate and defeat the bosses within the Starlight Dimension, you must first gain access to this mystical realm. Begin by finding the Starlight Portal Ruins in the Overworld. Confront and defeat The Gatekeeper to open the path to the stars.
Locating Bosses
Once in the Starlight Dimension, you will need two specific items to track down bosses:
- The
Seeking Eye: Use this item to pinpoint the general location of a boss. - The
Glimmering Tablet: After using the Seeking Eye, consult the Glimmering Tablet for further clues that will guide you directly to the boss's lair.
Boss Lairs
Each boss resides in a distinct structure or area. Identifying these locations is key to confronting them.
Cursed Garden
The Cursed Garden is a surface structure, and it is where the Lunar Monstrosity waits — a plant an ancient civilisation raised on the souls of the prisoners it kept in the labyrinth. Its skin normally soaks up most of the damage you deal, and the two things that strip that resistance are fire and a stun. It stays rooted for most of the fight but will burrow to follow you.
Golem Forge
The Golem Forge generates underground, and its entry room is the boss chamber, so there is no long approach. The Starlight Golem inside does not move at all, which makes the fight a puzzle rather than a chase: its armour is close to impenetrable until it stops attacking and starts absorbing energy, and putting out every energy block it is drawing from switches that armour off for a window.
Beating it is the gate for most of the mod's crafting. It drops 8 to 10 
Oxidized Golem Steel Ingot, a forge armour trim 
Smithing Template, an 
Energy Sword, a 
Starlit Painting, a music disc, and — the reason to come — an 
Oxidized Alloy Furnace, the only source of the machine that alloys Golem Steel and Unrealium.
Stranghoul Den
The Stranghoul Den is a surface structure and the densest of the three, attempting one placement per 20x20 chunk region with at least 8 chunks between any two. The stranghouls living there are scavengers who barter rather than simply fight, and their trade list is worth the visit on its own: a 
Drying Rack, 
Deepsilver Nugget in batches of ten to thirty-six, 
Saltpeter Powder, 
Thioquartz Shard, 
Malarite Arrow, a 
Seeds Launcher, and the pungency fruit upgrade Smithing Template.
By utilizing the Seeking Eye and Glimmering Tablet, and understanding the generation patterns of these boss locations, you can systematically find and challenge each boss in the Eternal Starlight mod.
