Underwater Explosions

Overview
Underwater Explosions is a feature that controls whether blasts beneath the surface get their own distinct visual treatment. When turned off, these explosions simply match the settings configured above it, but when turned on, they instead follow the options located beneath it within the underwater explosions group. Those nested options cover things like a blast wave particle, extra power added or removed for larger and smaller explosions, attempts at better small explosions, a vertical offset for small ones, and whether the underwater explosion glows.
