Tree Detection
feature
Overview
Tree Detection determines whether a cluster of logs qualifies as a tree before the mod will fell it. It checks things like the tree's minimum and maximum log counts, how far leaves may sit from the trunk, and how many leaves surround the topmost log, and it can also limit how far from the broken log the search extends. If a tree is too small it is skipped, and if it is too large it is either left alone or cut only partially depending on the chosen action.
