- Cooked Bacon: Can be made from Raw Bacon using smelting, campfire cooking, or smoking.
Learn the cutting board first
With 106 recipes, the cutting board is where most of the mod's content lives — against 28 for the cooking pot and 140 for plain crafting. Almost every dish depends on an ingredient the board produces, which makes it the first block to build and the one you will use most.
Cooking pot versus appliances
The 
cooking pot holds 28 recipes and is for the composed dishes. Simple heating is handled by the vanilla appliances, and the mod supports all of them: 10 smelting, 9 smoking, 7 campfire and 2 blasting recipes.
That split is worth internalising. If a recipe is a single ingredient becoming a cooked version, look at a furnace, smoker or campfire. If it takes several ingredients, look at the pot.
The odd categories
Fermenter, Filling, Metal Press, Cloche, Crusher, Milling, Mixing and Squeezer all appear in the recipe list with small counts. These are compatibility recipes for other mods' machines — they only show up when the matching mod is installed, and their absence in a lighter pack is not a missing feature.
Version parity
The builds differ by three crafting recipes and nothing else, so any basic-preparation workflow works identically on 1.21.1 and 1.20.1.
