The tool list is short by design

Farmer's Delight is a preparation mod, and its tool count reflects that: a single smithing transform recipe in the whole mod, alongside 140 crafting recipes that cover everything else. There is no tool tier ladder here.

The knife is the tool that matters, because the cutting board carries 106 recipes — more than any other category except crafting itself, and every one of them needs a knife in hand.

Utilities that come from other mods

Eight recipe categories in this mod exist only for other mods' machines: Crusher (8 recipes), Milling (8), Cloche (4), Mixing (3), Squeezer (2), and one each for Metal Press, Fermenter and Filling.

They are the reason two players can disagree about what this mod can automate. In a pack with Create and Immersive Engineering, a great deal; in a vanilla-plus pack, none of it.

Cooking utilities

The cooking pot (28 recipes) is the one functional block besides the board. The vanilla appliances handle the rest — 10 smelting, 9 smoking, 7 campfire and 2 blasting recipes — so no special equipment is needed for simple cooking.
