Player Settings

Overview
The Player Settings feature handles various player-related actions and statuses within the mod. It can give kits to players within a certain distance, grant them automatically when someone logs in, and manage mute status with durations and the person who applied it. It also deals with teleporting offline players and provides messages for unknown IDs, online players who should use the regular command, and players going offline.
