Tool Requirements & Protection

Overview
The Tool Requirements & Protection feature governs which items can be used for Ultimining and safeguards them from destruction. When the requirement is enabled, a player must hold either a tool that can take damage or an item belonging to the designated tools group. A separate setting halts Ultimining once the held tool's remaining durability drops to a chosen threshold, and leaving that threshold at zero permits the tool to break.
