Crafting the Full Sterling Armor Set in Galosphere
Overview
This guide covers the recipes and materials needed to craft the complete Sterling armor set in the Galosphere mod. The full set consists of four pieces:
Sterling Helmet,
Sterling Chestplate,
Sterling Leggings, and
Sterling Boots. Every piece requires a combination of
Palladium Ingots and
Leather, so gather those two materials before you start.
Required Materials
To craft all four pieces at once, you will need the following totals:
Palladium Ingots – 13 total (3 for the helmet, 4 for the chestplate, 4 for the leggings, 2 for the boots)
Leather – 11 total (2 for the helmet, 4 for the chestplate, 3 for the leggings, 2 for the boots)
Make sure you have enough room in your inventory and a crafting table available, as all recipes are shaped and require specific placement.
Sterling Helmet
The helmet uses a shaped recipe with 2 Leather and 3 Palladium Ingots.
Place the materials in the crafting grid as follows:
- Top row: Palladium Ingot, Palladium Ingot, Palladium Ingot
- Middle row: Leather, empty, Leather
- Bottom row: leave empty
This produces one
Sterling Helmet.
Sterling Chestplate
The chestplate is the most material-heavy piece, requiring 4 Palladium Ingots and 4 Leather.
Arrange the crafting grid like this:
- Top row: Palladium Ingot, empty, Palladium Ingot
- Middle row: Leather, Leather, Leather
- Bottom row: Leather, empty, Leather
This yields one
Sterling Chestplate.
Sterling Leggings
For the leggings, you need 3 Leather and 4 Palladium Ingots.
Place them in the grid as follows:
- Top row: Palladium Ingot, Palladium Ingot, Palladium Ingot
- Middle row: Leather, empty, Leather
- Bottom row: Leather, empty, Leather
The result is one pair of
Sterling Leggings.
Sterling Boots
The boots are the cheapest piece, needing only 2 Palladium Ingots and 2 Leather.
Set up the crafting grid like this:
- Top row: empty, empty, empty
- Middle row: Palladium Ingot, empty, Palladium Ingot
- Bottom row: Leather, empty, Leather
This crafts one pair of
Sterling Boots.
Crafting Tips
- All recipes are shaped, meaning the exact positions shown above matter. You cannot use a scattered or mirrored arrangement.
- Leather is a common material obtained from cows or other leather-dropping mobs in the base game.
- Palladium Ingots are the key mod-specific component, so ensure you have smelted or otherwise obtained enough before beginning.
- If you only need one piece, adjust the material counts accordingly. For example, crafting just the boots requires only 2 ingots and 2 leather.
Final Assembly
Once all four pieces are crafted, equip them from your inventory. The full Sterling armor set provides complete protection across all armor slots. Keep spare
Palladium Ingots and
Leather on hand if you plan to craft replacements later, as repairs or additional sets will require the same materials.
