Ice and Fire: Dragons, the Dragonforge and Three Structures
Ice and Fire adds dragons, a dedicated forge for dragonsteel, and several world structures, alongside a large set of crafting, smelting, blasting, and stonecutting recipes. This guide covers the Dragonforge and the three structures listed here, plus the recipe categories tied to them.
The Dragonforge
The Dragonforge is a crafting station with three recipes. Each one takes an 
Iron Ingot and converts it into a dragonsteel ingot of a specific elemental type:

Lightning Dragonsteel Ingot
So the Dragonforge is where you turn ordinary iron into elemental dragonsteel. Note that all three recipes use the same input, an Iron Ingot, and differ only in the dragonsteel type they produce.
Three Structures
Three structures are documented here: the Gorgon Temple, the Graveyard, and the Mausoleum. Each one generates only in its own biome tag, and each has its own spacing rules.
- Gorgon Temple — generates in #iceandfire:has_structure/gorgon_temple. Placement: one attempt per 32x32 chunk region, at least 12 chunks apart.
- Graveyard — generates in #iceandfire:has_structure/graveyard. Placement: one attempt per 28x28 chunk region, at least 8 chunks apart.
- Mausoleum — generates in #iceandfire:has_structure/mausoleum. Placement: one attempt per 32x32 chunk region, at least 12 chunks apart.
The Gorgon Temple and the Mausoleum share the same spacing: a 32x32 chunk region with a minimum gap of 12 chunks. The Graveyard is packed more tightly, with a 28x28 chunk region and a minimum gap of 8 chunks.
Crafting Recipes
Crafting is the largest recipe category here, with 383 recipes. The examples below show the range of what it covers.
Banner patterns are a big part of it. Combining a 
Paper with a specific trophy item yields a Banner Pattern:
