Integrated Dynamics: Logic Networks and Automation
Integrated Dynamics is an automation mod built around constructing networks for complex logic and system integration. This guide covers the concept and how to begin.
What the mod is
Integrated Dynamics is a mix of bundled redstone, logic gates and Applied Energistics-style networks. Instead of individual machines, you build a network of cables and parts that read, compute and act on information — a programmable layer over your base.
Building a network
You connect logic cables and attach parts that read values from the world (an inventory's contents, a machine's state) and parts that act on them. Variables and operators let you combine those readings into logic — comparisons, math and conditions — to drive redstone, displays and transfers, so your base reacts intelligently rather than with fixed timings.
Addons and scope
The system extends through official addons: Integrated Tunnels transfers items, fluids and energy; Integrated Crafting adds autocrafting; Integrated Terminals gives an overview and control of your network; and Integrated Scripting allows scripts for complex operations. Integrated Dynamics rewards a logical mindset — start with simple readouts, then build toward fully automated, condition-driven systems.
