Three smithing recipes in a chest mod is the interesting number: those are almost certainly the netherite-tier upgrades, since smithing is where netherite happens in modern Minecraft.
The other 25 recipes cover the chests themselves and whatever upgrade items the mod uses.
Twenty-eight pages, evenly split
13 items and 15 blocks. The blocks are the chests; the items are the upgrade components that convert one tier into the next.
That split is the design: you do not craft a diamond chest from scratch, you upgrade an iron one — which is why the item count is nearly as high as the block count in a mod that is nominally all about blocks.
No worldgen, no dependency
The mod generates no structures and needs no partner mod. It adds storage and nothing else, so it drops into any pack without competing with anything.
This line is 1.20.1 only
The build is 5.0.2 on Forge for 1.20.1. There is no 1.21.1 release, so a pack on the newer line cannot include it — worth checking before planning a storage room around it.
Where to start
Make the lowest tier first and upgrade upward rather than saving for the top. Because the mod uses upgrade items rather than standalone recipes, materials spent on an early chest are not wasted — they carry forward into the next tier.

A focused storage mod with a clear ladder: a handful of chest tiers, upgrade items to move between them, and three smithing recipes at the top end. Twenty-eight recipes is the whole thing, so there is nothing hidden behind a bench or a structure.
Why upgrades beat fresh crafts
With 15 blocks and 13 items, the item half of this mod is upgrade components rather than gear. That is what makes the tier ladder cheap: materials spent on an early chest carry forward instead of being replaced, so there is no reason to hoard for the top tier.

One thing to verify first
Check your Minecraft line before planning storage around this. A 1.20.1-only storage mod is a real constraint on a pack that intends to move to 1.21.1 later — chests full of items are among the harder things to migrate when a mod is left behind.
