Crafting Jewelry from Rubies, Sapphires, Topaz, and Gold

This guide covers the basic recipes for crafting rings and necklaces using rubies, sapphires, topaz, and gold ingots in the Jewelry (RPG Series) mod.

Materials You Will Need

Before you start crafting, gather the following base materials:

Gems: You will need either a Ruby, a Sapphire, or a Topaz for each piece of jewelry.
Gold Ingots: These are required for all jewelry recipes. Rings need three gold ingots, while necklaces need just one.
String: This is only used for crafting necklaces.

Crafting Rings

Rings are made with a single gem and three gold ingots. The arrangement places the gem in the center of the crafting grid, surrounded by the gold ingots in a ring shape.

Ruby Ring: Place a Ruby in the center of the grid and fill the four adjacent slots (up, down, left, right) with Gold Ingots. The corners remain empty.
Sapphire Ring: Use a Sapphire in the center with Gold Ingots in the same cross-shaped pattern.
Topaz Ring: Use a Topaz in the center with Gold Ingots in the same cross-shaped pattern.

All three rings follow the exact same recipe layout, differing only in which gem you place in the center.

Crafting Necklaces

Necklaces are simpler to make, requiring only one gem, one gold ingot, and one piece of string. The recipe is a vertical line in the crafting grid.

Ruby Necklace: Place a String in the top slot, a Gold Ingot in the middle slot, and a Ruby in the bottom slot of a single column.
Sapphire Necklace: Place a String in the top slot, a Gold Ingot in the middle slot, and a Sapphire in the bottom slot.
Topaz Necklace: Place a String in the top slot, a Gold Ingot in the middle slot, and a Topaz in the bottom slot.

As with the rings, the necklace recipe is identical for each gem type; only the gem itself changes.

Final Notes on Output

Each recipe produces exactly one piece of jewelry. There are no alternate arrangements for these items, so the shapes described above are the only way to craft them. Make sure your gems are the correct type, as mixing a ruby into a sapphire recipe will not work and will simply leave the materials in the grid.
