Crafting Discs, Diaries, and Tools in JCRAFT: Eyes of Ender
This guide covers the crafting recipes for useful items like discs, diaries, and tools in the JCRAFT: Eyes of Ender mod.
Compact Disc and Spec Disc
The 
Compact Disc is a base item created through smelting, not a crafting table recipe. Place a 
Light Blue Stained Glass Pane into a furnace or blast furnace. The result is a single Compact Disc.
Once you have a Compact Disc, you can upgrade it into a 
Spec Disc. This is a shaped crafting recipe. Place the Compact Disc in the center of the crafting grid. Then add a 
Bottle o' Enchanting in the slot directly above it. The output is one Spec Disc.
DIO's Diary
The 
DIO's Diary is a high-tier crafted item that requires a 
Nether Star, making it expensive and late-game. The shaped recipe uses a total of nine items in a 3x3 grid.
- Fill the top row and the middle row's left and right slots with
Diary Page items. This uses seven Diary Pages in total. - Place the
Leather in the center slot of the middle row. - Place the Nether Star in the bottom-center slot.
The result is a single DIO's Diary.
Diary Page
The Diary Page is a component item needed for the DIO's Diary. It is crafted with a shapeless recipe, meaning the order and position of the ingredients do not matter. You must gather all nine of the following items and place them into the crafting grid at once:
Waxed Oxidized Cut Copper Slab
Gold Ingot
Netherite Ingot- Bottle o' Enchanting
Paper
Nautilus Shell
Eye of Ender
Ink Sac
Emerald
This recipe yields one Diary Page. Because it requires a Netherite Ingot and an Eye of Ender, you will need to have progressed significantly in the game before you can craft it.
Blood Bottle
The 
Blood Bottle is a simpler utility item. It uses a shaped crafting recipe. Place an 
Oak Button in the center slot of the crafting grid. Then fill the four slots directly above, below, to the left, and to the right of the button with 
Glass blocks. This requires four Glass blocks total, forming a cross shape around the button. The output is one Blood Bottle.
Training Dummy
The 
Training Dummy is a tool or block likely used for practice. Its crafting recipe is shaped and uses only wool and carpet. To craft it, you need six 
White Carpet and three 
White Wool.
- Fill the entire top row and the entire middle row with White Carpet (six total).
- Fill the entire bottom row with White Wool (three total).
This creates a solid 3x3 square of wool materials. The output is one Training Dummy.
Crafting Overview
These recipes range from simple early-game items to complex end-game crafts. The Blood Bottle and Training Dummy require only basic materials like glass and wool. The Compact Disc requires smelting glass panes. The Spec Disc and Diary Page require Bottle o' Enchanting, pushing you toward exploring and finding structures. Finally, the DIO's Diary demands a Nether Star, which means you must defeat the Wither.
