Across the outer expanses of The End, strange astronomical dust falls onto obsidian outcroppings. Without specialized containment tools, these celestial traces dissipate into the void. The Cosmic Catalyst provides the electromagnetic and psychic containment necessary to stabilize and harvest this volatile celestial matter.
Crafting the Cosmic Catalyst requires assembling rare materials from multiple dimensions:

Obsidian blocks forming the protective exterior corners. - 1 psychic_gem placed in the top middle slot.

Amethyst Shard flanking the center row. - 1 star_sweet resting directly in the center to channel stellar attraction.
- 1 ultra_ball in the bottom middle slot to act as a cosmic receptacle.
Arranging these ingredients on a crafting table yields 1 Cosmic Catalyst. Holding the catalyst in hand while exploring End island biomes between Y = 0 and Y = 300 allows you to collect and store 
Cosmic Dust, which generates naturally in small stellar patches across the bleak terrain. Storing cosmic dust enables trainers to interact with cosmic anomalies and power stellar devices.

Lunar Feather. Arrange three feathers across the top row and two on the right side of the middle row in a crafting grid. Right-clicking the Fulmoon Whistle produces a soothing melody remembered from peaceful dreams, summoning the radiant lunar swan Cresselia into the mortal realm. - 1
Newmoon Whistle: crafted from 5 
Nightmare Essence. Place three essence vials across the top row and two on the right side of the middle row. Blowing the Newmoon Whistle emits a discordant, chilling shriek remembered from terrifying nightmares, summoning the shadow specter Darkrai.
Both encounters require robust combat preparation, as Cresselia specializes in persistent defensive recovery, while Darkrai inflicts devastating psychological status ailments. Cresselia brings formidable psychic and fairy resilience, while Darkrai's dark aura punishes unprepared teams with relentless sleep and shadow strikes.
