Let's Do Meadow: Cheese, Felting and Alpine Building
The Let's Do Meadow mod adds alpine terrain, dairy production, and a full cheese-making chain to your game. This guide covers the structures you will find, the ore processing and cooking recipes that keep you fed, and the crafting steps behind cheese and building blocks.
Alpine Structures
Meadow generates five kinds of structures across its alpine biomes.
- Chalet: one attempt per 49x49 chunk region, at least 22 chunks apart.
- Chapel: one attempt per 74x74 chunk region, at least 27 chunks apart.
- Logging Camp: one attempt per 30x30 chunk region, at least 28 chunks apart. It overrides creature mob spawning.
- Monument: one attempt per 20x20 chunk region, at least 10 chunks apart. It overrides creature mob spawning.
- Observation Post: one attempt per 33x33 chunk region, at least 17 chunks apart. It overrides creature mob spawning.
The Monument is the most common of the five, while the Chapel is the rarest and the most spread out.

Blasting handles nine recipes, all of them ore processing. Every alpine ore smelts into its ordinary counterpart:

Because Rennet comes from Egg, Alpine Salt, and Glass Bottle, you can produce it without leaving your base once you have chickens and a salt supply. The milk buckets from the cooking section feed directly into the amethyst and grain cheese lines.

The Artisan Glass Window chain is the core of alpine building: stained glass and Pine Planks become windows, and those windows break down into panes for detailed facades. Big Wooden Flower Pot gives you a large planter for the flowers you pass while exploring, and both Enzian and Tall Eriophorum double as blue dye sources for staining the glass you need.
