Crafting Poké Radars & Altars
Poké Radars and summoning Altars in LumyMon provide dedicated tracking and manifestation mechanisms for legendary encounters. Tracking elusive shrines and ancient monuments across vast biomes requires specialized navigational equipment, while awakening the entities bound within these structures demands specific ceremonial offerings placed at consecrated ritual altars.
Crafting the Standard Poké Radar
The fundamental tracking instrument is the Poké Radar, designed to locate rare structures across the terrain. Building this navigational device requires industrial materials and an advanced tracking component:
- Three Iron Ingot bars
- Three Redstone Dust
- One Locator Chip
Position the items within a crafting grid according to the following layout:
- Place one Iron Ingot in the top-center slot, keeping the top corners empty.
- Place Redstone Dust in the middle-left slot, the Locator Chip in the center slot, and Redstone Dust in the middle-right slot.
- Place one Iron Ingot in the bottom-left slot, Redstone Dust in the bottom-center slot, and one Iron Ingot in the bottom-right slot.
Completing this recipe yields one Poké Radar. The embedded Locator Chip tracks the presence and trail of undiscovered Legendary Pokémon, supplying the navigational foundation for structural triangulation.
Specialized Regional Radars
Beyond the general detection tool, LumyMon includes tuned radars calibrated to specific legendary sanctums:
- Articuno Radar and Zapdos Radar locate the elevated elemental bird roosts in the Overworld, while the Moltres Radar points toward its volcanic tower in the Nether.
- Lugia Radar tracks the ocean sanctuary of Whirl Island, whereas the Ho-Oh Radar guides travelers to the Bell Tower. The Burned Tower Radar identifies the ancient retreat of the legendary beasts.
- Regirock Radar, Regice Radar, and Registeel Radar lead to ancient elemental temples, while the Split-Decision Radar navigates to the dual sanctuary housing Regieleki and Regidrago.
- Eon Duo Radar reveals the hidden coordinates of the Secret Garden, sanctuary of Latias and Latios.
- Kyogre Radar probes ocean trenches, Groudon Radar locates volcanic islands, and Mega Rayquaza Radar charts a course to the Sky Pillar.
- Space-Time Radar locates Spear Pillar, where temporal and spatial forces converge.
- Heatran Radar points to Stark Mountain in the Nether, while the Giratina Radar guides explorers to Giratina's Island in the Distortion World.
Summoning Altars and Offerings
Upon arriving at a designated legendary landmark, summoning the resident guardian requires interacting with an Altar using a specific catalyst:
- The Articuno Altar requires a Glacier Feather to initiate the manifestation ceremony.
- The Zapdos Altar demands a Thunder Feather to trigger atmospheric summoning.
- The Moltres Altar requires an Ember Feather to awaken the flame bird.
- The Space-Time Altar requires an Adamant Orb or a Lustrous Orb, subsequently bound using a Red Chain to summon the masters of time and space.
When a ritual is successfully performed at an Altar, the emerging legendary entity materializes directly above the designated Summon Anchor block, preparing the arena for an epic battle.
