LAN Server Settings
feature
Overview
The LAN Server Settings feature lets you configure how a local multiplayer world is hosted, covering the maximum player count, the server description shown in the multiplayer list, and the port used for listening. It controls who may join by choosing between verified Microsoft/Mojang accounts, open access including offline players, or a migration mode that preserves genuine UUIDs and inventories, along with an optional whitelist and operator permissions for administrative commands. It also handles login verification against the Mojang database, PvP and cheat options for other players, and UPnP port forwarding so people on the same network can find the server directly.
