Chat Signing Modes
feature
Overview
Chat Signing Modes control whether your messages carry cryptographic signatures, which are what allow them to be tied to your Microsoft account and reported through the Player Chat Reporting feature. The available modes include automatically signing like a vanilla client, never signing, asking you with a pop-up when a server demands it, or enabling signing automatically upon such a demand. Some modes reflect situations where signing is impossible, such as offline accounts, and a server that refuses unsigned messages can lead you to enable signing through a prompt.
