Message Encryption
feature
Overview
Message Encryption lets you protect your outgoing chat messages using a cryptographic key or a passphrase-derived key, with the key format depending on the chosen algorithm. You can right-click to configure it, and while it is active you can hold a key to send a message without encryption. Settings also let you generate a fresh random key and choose algorithms such as AES/GCM+Base64R for stronger security at the cost of larger messages.
