This guide lists the eighteen structures Oh The Biomes We've Gone generates and sorts them by how often they actually appear, using their placement settings.
The rarest: Aspen Manor
Aspen Manor 1 and Aspen Manor 2 generate on a spacing of 50 with a separation of 35 — by a clear margin the rarest builds in the mod. Two variants share those settings, so finding "an Aspen Manor" is easier than finding a specific one.
Bog Trial is next at a spacing of 40 and a separation of 30.
The mid tier, and a quirk worth knowing
Six structures share a spacing of 34 with a separation of just 8: Forgotten, Pumpkin Patch, 
Red Rock, Salem, Skyris and Swamp.
That combination is unusual. A wide spacing makes each one uncommon, but a separation of only 8 means nothing stops two from generating near each other. In practice a region containing one of these often contains a second, so it is worth looking around after finding the first rather than moving on.
Large Cold Lake sits alongside them at 32 and 8.
Houses on the prairie
Prairie House and Abandoned Prairie House both use a spacing of 25 with a separation of 20. The high separation relative to the spacing keeps them well apart, so they read as isolated homesteads rather than a settlement.
Terrain features, not landmarks
The densest entries are not buildings at all:
- Ironwood Gour Plateau — spacing 4, separation 1
- Dripstone Arch and Lush Arch — spacing 8, separation 2
- Rugged Fossil — spacing 8, separation 6
- Sharpened Rock — spacing 12, separation 3
- Red Rock Arch — spacing 16, separation 4
At a spacing of 4, the Ironwood Gour Plateau is effectively part of the landscape. These entries shape how the mod's biomes look rather than giving you somewhere to go.
What that means for exploration
Two thirds of the structure list is scenery you cannot miss. The exploration content is really the three rarest rows — the two Aspen Manors, Bog Trial, and the six-strong 34/8 group — which is a short enough list to work through deliberately.
