Paragliders: Stamina, Statues and the Cosmetic List
Paragliders adds gliding with a stamina cost, and three statues that generate in the world. This guide covers both.
Three structures, spanning an eight-fold range
- Tarrey Town Goddess Statue — spacing 128, separation 16
- Nether Horned Statue — spacing 32, separation 8
- Underground Horned Statue — spacing 16, separation 4
A spacing of 128 makes the Goddess Statue one of the rarest structures covered anywhere on this wiki. For comparison, the underground statue at 16 is eight times denser and will turn up while ordinary caving.
Note that every one of the three pairs a wide spacing with a separation exactly one eighth of it. That consistent ratio means none of them is forced onto an even grid — they can cluster, so finding one is weak evidence that another is not far away.
The statues are the progression
With only 3 crafting recipes on 1.21.1 (1 on 1.20.1), this mod is not something you build through. The statues are where the mod's upgrades come from, which makes their rarity the real gate.
Work upward: the underground statue at 16 is the introduction, the Nether statue at 32 the middle step, and the Goddess Statue at 128 the long-term goal.
Cosmetics are a real category
6 Cosmetic recipes, identical on both builds. In a mod of 20 pages that is the largest recipe category — larger than crafting on either version. Whatever the paraglider looks like is treated as content rather than an afterthought.
The newer build adds cooking
Campfire Cooking, Smelting and Smoking each hold 2 recipes on 1.21.1 and none on 1.20.1. Six recipes that simply do not exist on the older line, alongside two extra crafting recipes.
That makes 1.21.1 meaningfully larger despite both being small mods.

Where to start
Find an Underground Horned Statue. At a spacing of 16 it is the only one of the three you can expect to meet by accident, and it is the entry point to everything the mod does.
