Progressing Through the Four Alchemical Books
Alchemical books record learned EMC patterns, allowing players to store and transfer discovered item knowledge. Each tier requires surrounding the previous book with increasingly potent alchemical fuels and condensed stars on a crafting bench.
Tier 1: Basic Alchemical Book
Crafting the 
Basic Alchemical Book requires foundational ProjectE materials:
- Top row: One high covalence dust on the left, one red matter in the center, and one high covalence dust on the right.
- Middle row: One ender pearl on the left, one standard book in the center, and one philosopher's stone on the right.
- Bottom row: One high covalence dust on the left, one red matter in the center, and one high covalence dust on the right.
Tier 2: Advanced Alchemical Book
Upgrading to the 
Advanced Alchemical Book requires dense Klein star energy:
- Place the Basic Alchemical Book in the exact center of the crafting table.
- Place four
Magnum Star Ein gems into the four corners of the grid. - Place four
Magnum Star Omega stars into the four outer edge slots (top, bottom, left, right).
Tier 3: Master Alchemical Book
The 
Master Alchemical Book demands colossal star power:
- Place the Advanced Alchemical Book in the center slot.
- Place four
Colossal Star Ein stars into the four corners. - Place four
Colossal Star Omega stars into the four edge positions.
Tier 4: Arcane Alchemical Book
The pinnacle of knowledge storage is the 
Arcane Alchemical Book, crafted using the ultimate stellar catalysts:
- Place the Master Alchemical Book in the center of the grid.
- Place four
Final Star Shard items in the four corners. - Place four
Final Star items in the four outer edge positions.
This tome embodies complete mastery over alchemical storage and pattern registration.
Crafting the Arcane Transmutation Tablet
While a standard transmutation tablet permits item learning and EMC conversion, players frequently need to craft learned components into finished tools without opening a separate workstation.
