Runes: Twenty Recipes and a Loader Change
Runes adds twenty crafting recipes built around four rune types, three pouches, and a dedicated crafting station. Every recipe in the mod is listed below, along with the 
Rune Crafting Altar that gives you a second way to make runes.
The Four Runes
Each rune comes from 
Cobblestone paired with one of two different ingredients, and each pairing produces a different output count. The same combinations also work as shapeless crafting recipes, so you can assemble them freely in a crafting grid.
Arcane Rune: Cobblestone plus 
Ender Pearl yields sixteen, while Cobblestone plus 
Amethyst Shard yields eight.
Fire Rune: Cobblestone plus 
Blaze Powder yields sixteen, while Cobblestone plus 
Gunpowder yields eight.
Frost Rune: Cobblestone plus 
Ice yields sixteen, while Cobblestone plus 
Snowball yields eight.
Healing Rune: Cobblestone plus 
Honeycomb yields sixteen, while Cobblestone plus 
Gold Nugget yields eight.
The same pairings appear again at smaller output counts, giving four recipes per rune and twenty recipes total across the mod. The lower-count versions follow the same ingredient pattern as the higher-count ones: the stronger ingredient gives the larger batch, and the weaker ingredient gives the smaller one.
The Rune Crafting Altar
The Rune Crafting Altar is a shaped recipe made from two 
Gold Ingot and five 
Stone. It provides a second route to every rune: each of the eight rune combinations above can be produced at the Rune Crafting Altar as well as through shapeless crafting. If you prefer working at a station instead of a grid, the altar covers all four rune types and both ingredient options for each.
The Three Pouches
Three shaped recipes produce storage pouches, all sharing the same base of one 
String and three 
White Wool. What separates them is the third ingredient.
Rune Pouch: String, three White Wool, and one 
Ink Sac.
Mystic Rune Pouch: String, three White Wool, and one 
Nether Star.
Phantom Rune Pouch: String, three White Wool, and one 
Phantom Membrane.
Because the base stays constant, you can pick your pouch tier by swapping only the final ingredient. The Nether Star version is the most expensive of the three, and the Ink Sac version is the cheapest.
A Note on the Loader Change
The mod's recipes are registered so that the same combinations work through both shapeless crafting and the Rune Crafting Altar. That dual registration is why the recipe list looks longer than the number of distinct ingredient pairs: each rune pairing is counted once for the altar and once for shapeless crafting. When you plan a crafting session, treat the two as interchangeable routes to the same Arcane Rune, Fire Rune, Frost Rune, or Healing Rune output.

Start with Cobblestone and whichever secondary ingredient you have on hand, then scale up to the Rune Crafting Altar once you have the Gold Ingot and Stone to build it.
