Overview
Sodium Extra's Fog Controls provide advanced settings for how fog appears, covering atmospheric terrain fog, cloud fog, sky and environment fog, and effects tied to dimensions or boss fights. They also handle gameplay-affecting fog such as blindness, darkness, lava, powder snow, and underwater, with adjustments allowed in private singleplayer worlds, cheat-enabled LAN worlds, or servers that authorize it through Greenlight. A per-dimension mode can replace the global settings, and options exist for fog distance, where fog begins, how it blends into clouds or sky, and the camera distance model used for terrain fog.
