Reverb & Occlusion
feature
Overview
The Reverb & Occlusion feature controls how sound behaves as it travels through and around blocks. Reverb attenuation sets the distance at which reverb begins, with a value of zero turning that attenuation off. Occlusion determines how muffled sounds become through walls, using a default factor for all blocks, a separate factor for non-full blocks, and a maximum number of rays that decides how many blocks between walls are considered. Occlusion can also be capped at a set amount, and the feature optionally provides extra information in the logs or a visual display in game.
Options
