Stalwart Dungeons Hammer Tiers and Crafting
Hammers are Stalwart Dungeons' core weapon, built as a tier ladder from wood up to tungsten. This guide covers how to craft and upgrade them.
Crafting the base hammers
Each hammer follows the same shape — four of a metal, a Smooth Stone and two Stick:
Iron Hammer — four Iron Ingot.
Golden Hammer — four Gold Ingot.
Diamond Hammer — four Diamond.
The wood and stone tiers work the same way with their materials, giving an accessible early hammer before you reach diamond.
Upgrading
The top tiers come from smithing rather than a fresh craft. Upgrade a
Diamond Hammer with a Netherite Ingot to make a
Netherite Hammer, the standard end-game hammer. Tungsten, mined from the mod's dungeons, provides a parallel high-tier option.
Using hammers
Hammers trade speed for impact, making them combat tools rather than mining picks. Because the upgrade path mirrors vanilla tools — metal tiers up to diamond, then a netherite smithing step — you can slot hammer crafting into your normal progression and carry one as a dedicated dungeon-clearing weapon.
