The core of obtaining new Umamusume and boosting their strength lies in understanding Umamusume Tickets, Support Cards, and the summoning process. This guide covers how these systems work together.

Umamusume Tickets and Summoning

The items called Umamusume Tickets—often shortened to Uma Tickets—are a special class of summoning materials. Their printed wording suggests they are linked to the Three Goddesses, and offering them there grants you either an Umamusume Soul or a Support Card. Trainers favor these tickets because they cost fewer Jewels and give you more control over the summoning result compared to other methods.

The outcome of any summoning depends on two factors: the ticket’s quality and the type of pedestal you use. A silver pedestal cannot produce the rarest items, so it also cannot accept the highest-quality tickets. If you use Jewels or Blank Tickets for summoning, you will only receive items of the most common quality.

Be careful not to confuse Umamusume Tickets with Support Card Tickets. They are separate items and cannot be mixed. Trying to combine them in a summoning will prevent the summon from working at all.

Support Cards Explained

Support Cards are magical cards that channel power directly into a Soul. Evidence suggests these cards are records of events that Umamusume have experienced—either in this world or in others. Some text found on the cards supports this idea.

To use a Support Card, you insert it into a training terminal before starting a session. When the terminal activates, it reads the events and experiences stored on the card and converts them into power for the Soul. This is why they are called “support” cards—they provide direct assistance during training.

Each Support Card has two main parts: Supporters and Support Items. The Supporter is the character the card corresponds to. The Support Items are the abilities the card grants, such as Attribute Enhancements or Skills. Because of potential conflicts, you cannot use two different cards for the same character at the same time. Using two identical cards is also forbidden. However, if a card has no Supporter listed, it can be used alongside any other card except its own duplicate.

Support Cards come in several types. Attribute Cards correspond to the five main stats: Speed, Stamina, Strength, Guts, and Wisdom. Friend Cards do not give large stat boosts but instead provide unique Support Items. Team Cards are the only type that can have multiple Supporters listed on a single card.

Crafting Tickets

All ticket types start from a Blank Ticket. You can craft one using a shapeless recipe: two Paper, one Lapis Lazuli (from the `#c:gems/lapis` tag), and one Carat.

From there, you upgrade the Blank Ticket by combining it with a crystal:

Golden Umamusume Ticket: Blank Ticket + Golden Umamusume Crystal
Rainbow Umamusume Ticket: Blank Ticket + Rainbow Umamusume Crystal

Each upgraded ticket offers a different quality tier for summoning. Remember that the pedestal type must match the ticket’s tier, or the summon will not work as intended. Use the right combination to get the Umamusume or Support Card you are aiming for.
