Draconic Evolution Guide to Teleportation, Detection, and Environmental Control

guide

This guide covers Draconic Evolution devices for teleportation, item and entity detection, and environmental manipulation.

Teleportation Devices

The Dislocator allows for player teleportation. Craft it using four Blaze Powder, four Draconium Dust, and one Eye of Ender.

To establish a fixed teleportation point, you can use the Dislocator Pedestal. This block is made from one Stone Pressure Plate, a collection of general stone blocks (#c:stones), two Stone Slabs, and one Blaze Powder.

For remote interaction with a Dislocator, the Dislocator Receptacle is available. Its recipe requires four Iron Ingots, one Draconium Core, and one Draconium Infused Obsidian.

The Dislocation Normalization Field Projector is crafted with six Iron Ingots, two Iron Bars, and one Item Dislocator. This device likely plays a role in stabilizing or enhancing teleportation functions.

Detection Systems

The Entity Detector identifies entities within its range. To create it, combine two Lapis Lazuli gems (#c:gems/lapis), one Eye of Ender, two Redstone Dust, one Draconium Ingot, two Iron Ingots, and one Draconium Core.

An enhanced version, the Advanced Entity Detector, offers more sophisticated entity detection capabilities. Its recipe consists of two Redstone Blocks (#c:storage_blocks/redstone), one Skeleton Skull, two Lapis Lazuli Blocks (#c:storage_blocks/lapis), one Diamond gem (#c:gems/diamond), two Draconium Ingots, and one Entity Detector.

Environmental Control

The Celestial Manipulator provides control over time and weather within the game. Craft this powerful device with two Redstone Blocks (#c:storage_blocks/redstone), one Clock, two Draconium Ingots, one Dragon Egg, two Iron Ingots, and one Wyvern Core.

These are crafted, not fused

Most of the teleportation, detection and control devices come out of the mod's 137 crafting recipes rather than its 39 fusion ones, which makes them reachable long before the endgame. That is worth knowing because the mod's reputation for being late-game hides a substantial mid-game utility set.

The exception is the Advanced Dislocator, which is a fusion product — the upgrade path for the teleport line runs through a fusion setup even though the basic version does not.

Draconium first

Everything here rests on draconium, and the mod's entire smelting list is three recipes: Draconium Dust and Ender Draconium Ore both give a Draconium Ingot, and Awakened Draconium Dust gives an Awakened Draconium Ingot.

If a device will not craft, the missing ingredient is almost always further down that chain rather than something exotic.

Building the control layer early

Detection and environmental control devices pay for themselves while you are still gathering material for the energy core, since they automate the mining and mob work that supplies it. Building them first is the faster route to the fusion tier than saving every ingot for the core itself.

Version parity

The 1.21.1 and 1.20.1 builds carry identical recipe counts throughout, so nothing in this section differs between them.
