Mekanism Energy: Cubes, Cells, and Transmitters
Mekanism runs on stored energy moved through tiered transmitters. This guide covers how to store power and pipe it — and everything else — around your base.
Storing energy
The 
Energy Tablet is the portable battery, crafted from redstone, gold and 
Infused Alloy. Energy Cubes store power in a block, upgrading from Basic through Advanced with Infused Alloy and an Energy Tablet. For bulk storage, Induction Cells and Induction Providers scale a Mekanism induction matrix to hold and output far more.
Transmitters
Mekanism has a transmitter for every resource, and each comes in tiers upgraded by wrapping eight of the previous tier with an Infused Alloy:
- Universal Cable — energy.
- Mechanical Pipe — fluids.
- Pressurized Tube — chemicals and gases.
- Logistical Transporter — items.
- Thermodynamic Conductor — heat.
Building it out
Start with basic cables and an energy cube next to your first machines, then upgrade transmitters to higher tiers as throughput demands grow. Because every tier is just the previous tier plus Infused Alloy, a steady alloy supply lets your whole network scale together.
