How leveling works

Vampires reach levels 2 to 4 by filling an Altar of Inspiration with blood. From level 5 every level is a night-time ritual at an Altar of Infusion: human hearts, a vampire book and, from level 6, pure blood of a rising grade, with the altar surrounded by pillars topped with altar tips. Each pillar block counts toward the structure: stone bricks 1, bone 1.5, iron 2, gold 3 points, and higher levels need more points.

Hunters reach levels 2 to 4 by handing vampire blood to a basic hunter. From level 5 they pay a hunter trainer in iron and gold and bring an intel sheet researched at a Hunter Research Table, whose tier has to be upgraded for the later levels.
