Start with Certus Quartz: charge a Certus Quartz Crystal in a Charger to make a Charged Certus Quartz Crystal, then use it to grow more crystals and craft Fluix. Smelt Certus Quartz Dust into Silicon for processors, and hunt meteorites for the Inscriber presses.

Combine a Charged Certus Quartz Crystal with Fluix Dust, or with Redstone Dust and Nether Quartz, in a transform recipe. Fluix is AE2's signature material used throughout the network.

Items are stored digitally on ME Item Storage Cells, made from an ME Storage Component (1k, 4k, 16k and up) plus a cell housing. An ME Chest or a Portable Cell reads a cell for access, and larger components hold far more.

Use the Inscriber with its presses (Silicon, Logic, Calculation, Engineering) to stamp Printed circuits, then combine a printed circuit with Printed Silicon and redstone to make the Logic, Calculation and Engineering Processors.

The four Inscriber presses are found in meteorite structures made of Sky Stone. They are reusable, so recovering a full set early lets you make every processor the mod needs.

Build Crafting Storage by combining Crafting Units with ME Storage Components (1k, 16k and larger), add it to a working ME network with processors and power, store your patterns, and request items for the network to assemble automatically.
