Beyond converting power, Create Crafts and Additions adds ways to generate Forge Energy and to charge items. This guide covers them.

Liquid Burning generators

The mod can burn fuels directly for energy through Liquid Burning, accepting a wide range of liquids — biodiesel, biofuel, creosote, crude oil, diesel, ethanol, gasoline, plant oil and even lava — at 1000 mb per burn. This makes it a flexible bridge to fuel-based power from other mods.

Making biofuel

You can produce your own fuel with Create's Mixing: combine crops, leaves, saplings or other organics with plant oil to make Biomass, then process biomass and sugar into Bioethanol. It is a renewable fuel chain feeding the liquid burner.

Charging and the Tesla Coil

The Charging process recharges energy-holding items and even oxidizes or de-oxidizes copper blocks. The Tesla Coil, built at Mechanical Crafting from an Andesite Alloy, brass, a capacitor, an electron tube and a copper spool, applies electricity offensively and for special recipes. Together these give Create Crafts and Additions a full electricity loop: generate, store, convert and apply.

The stable categories to build on

Several processes are identical across both builds and are the safe foundation for any setup:

Liquid Burning — 14 recipes on both

Metallurgic Infusing — 1, Enriching — 1, Smoking — 1

Liquid burning is the largest of these and the one most directly tied to generating power from fuel.

Where the versions diverge

Charging is 53 recipes on 1.21.1 against 23 on 1.20.1, and Pressing is 2 against 9. Mixing (19 and 21), Rolling (16 and 15), Crushing (6 and 8) and Filling (3 and 4) all shifted slightly.

If a charging recipe from a newer tutorial is missing on your 1.20.1 world, that is expected — the category more than doubled between builds.
