What does Create Crafts and Additions do?

It bridges Create's kinetic (rotational) energy and Forge Energy electricity. The Electric Motor turns electricity into rotation, and the Alternator turns rotation back into electricity at reduced efficiency.

How do you make an Electric Motor?

Build it at Create's Mechanical Crafting from an Andesite Alloy, a brass sheet, a Capacitor, an iron rod and a Copper Spool. It converts Forge Energy into kinetic energy for Create contraptions.

How do you generate power in Create Crafts and Additions?

Use Liquid Burning, which burns fuels like biodiesel, creosote, crude oil, ethanol or even lava for energy. You can make your own fuel by mixing organics with plant oil into Biomass and then Bioethanol.

What are spools and wires used for?

Wires wound onto an Empty Spool (Copper, Gold or Electrum Spool) are the conductors and components for the mod's electric machines. Electrum, made by mixing gold and silver, is the higher-grade wiring metal.

What does the Charging process do?

Charging recharges energy-holding items using power, and can also oxidize or de-oxidize copper blocks, giving a use for rotational or electric energy beyond running machines.

How do you store energy in Create Crafts and Additions?

The Capacitor is the basic energy component, and the Accumulator — made from a copper rod, capacitors, a brass casing and electrum wire — stores larger amounts of Forge Energy.
